Compared to the glitzy WIFW, the second leg of Delhi Fashion Week began on a thandaa note on Thursday. Day One embarked on with 11.11 (Smita Singh and Himanshu) and Amber Feroz. The head count for these shows were so low that the security personnel had to make people sit in front rows in order to make the space look occupied.
