Staying tangle-free

Vaibhavi Upadhyay, the leading lady in Raaja Mukherjee's film Life Isse Gale Laga Le opposite Adhyayan Suman is super excited about her Bollywood debut. And she has lustrous, long hair and her good looks to thank for it. She tells CS about how she maintains her locks:



Curly whirly
I have curly hair, which as a hair type is not very easy to manage. Well, I just take care to use the correct shampoo and conditioner that suits my hair. The most important part comes later, which is using the right leave-in-conditioner or a serum that can hold the curls and control the frizz. I keep experimenting with products keeping my hair type in mind.

Let loose
I don't really give my hair any special treatment. I wash it regularly, every alternate day to be precise. According to me, keeping the scalp clean is very important.u00a0
And in order to hold the natural curls, I don't comb my hair at all. The only time my hair enjoys the company of a comb is while applying conditioner so that it reaches every single hair.

Pampering touch
I visit salons frequently. Since my hair is coloured, it requires a little more pampering, which includes treatments like hair spas etc to maintain the moisture and the texture.

Care free
During shoots or even otherwise, I avoid using too many products on my hair. When I have to step out in the sun, I use an umbrella to protect my ahir. And I follow a strict dietu00a0-- I strictly eat whatever I like!
