Sonakshi Sinha and Sidharth Malhotra start shooting for 'Ittefaq'

Sonakshi Sinha and Sidharth Malhotra have started shooting for Abhay Chopra's remake of the 1969 murder mystery, Ittefaq. The Rajesh Khanna-Nanda-starrer was one of those rare films of that era which was songless.

It only had Salil Chowdhary's background score. But, revisiting the thriller now means there will be changes. It will be slicker and tauter, and yes, with songs. Don't be surprised if there is an item number, too.
