Ranveer Singh is set to play a rapper in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy.

The actor has already started prepping for the role. Singh was recently spotted at a night club in Delhi, and he had rapper Raftaar for company.

Perhaps he wanted to get hands-on experience for the role. Raftaar shared a picture with the Bajirao Mastani actor on social media and wrote, "RR and RR. One Word: Respect. Ek Tha Rapper Ek Tha Actor, Stage Bangaya Fusion Reactor (sic)."
