At the unveiling of a magazine cover, on which Priyanka Chopra features this time, the actress sported a navy blue dress.

Somehow, the look fails to strike you the way you know only Priyanka can. That top knot doesn't do much for the look as a whole. The heels and red lip get a thumbs up, though.
