Neeraj finally finished scripting last week. A source reveals, "He has already approached Ranbir, Lara and Sanjay Dutt. They have shown interest and asked him to send them the hardbound script. It's a thriller with many interesting characters. Also, if Ranbir and Lara agree, it would be their first film together."

It's ready now
Pathak confirms, "My script is ready. I will be starting my next film by this year end. It's going to be a huge project. I was busy putting together my script over the last few months and wasn't too happy with the way it had shaped up. But now that it's ready and bound, I will start casting soon."

He adds, "I can't take any names, but the cast will have big stars. They have shown interest in reading my script and everything will be worked out in the coming days. It's a subject that's really close to my heart and I want to make sure it's made with the people I have in mind."
