Homi Adajania has managed to pull off a coup. If rumours are to be believed, the director has roped in Pankaj Kapur and Naseeruddin Shah for his next film, Finding Fanny Fernandez.
The veteran actors were last seen sharing screen space together in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Maqbool.

A source says, “This talented duo has done quite a few films in the past which includes Mandi, Khamosh, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron, Jalwa and Mohan Joshi Hazir Ho. They were last seen together in Maqbool in 2004 but after that both became extremely choosy about their respective films.”
Incidentally in Maqbool, Naseer was offered Pankaj’s role initially, which he turned down. The actor was said to later regret his decision, as Kapur stole the thunder in the film. An insider adds, “Both have equal and strong roles in this film.” Naseer confirmed the buzz.u00a0
