Narmada Ahuja's debut drama

It has been a while since Govinda first declared that his daughter Narmada would be making her foray into Bollywood. However, till date, the actor’s daughter is yet to sign a project.

Govinda, Narmada

When we recently met Govinda, he however said that Narmada has been inundated with film offers. But it is she who has rejected all the film scripts, numbering roughly to 30. He states, “She has finalised something now and will start shooting for the film soon.”

Narmada was slated to make her debut in a film directed by Lovely Singh opposite boxing champ Vijendra Singh but the project never took off. Later Vinod Khanna’s nephew Akhil Kapoor was slated to step in as her hero, but that too never happened.

A source close to Govinda says, “Even the producers of Narmada’s debut film have changed.” However a friend of Narmada says, “She is not doing anything as of now. When she signs a film, she will announce it to the world.” Should we say, a bit too choosy?u00a0
