Katrina, who is also endorsing a summer beauty product, speaks to CS about how she plans to chill out this season: Sunny side upI usually like summer because it makes me feel happy. It's nice to wake up and see the sun shining down on you. But one of the challenges that the season poses is taking care of your skin. While it is important to keep it clean, you have to make sure that you don't over-dry your skin. Because of the line that I'm in, I can't help staying out of the sun. So the sun block is one of my miracle products. I never step out without it. Food for thoughtI go easy on my make-up too during summers. I avoid using a liquid base foundation. A light powder does the trick for me. I don't change my diet drastically, but make sure that I include a lot of liquids in it. I end up feeling less hungry in the summers so I eat lighter meals and cut down on the oily stuff and spices. Dress circle Dressing up fashionably during the summers is quite easy. I'm particular about the fabrics that I donu00a0-- light linen or cotton work best for me. All my ganjis, T-shirts, cotton dresses, shorts come out during this season. But yes, I think I need to get some more of those trendy cotton dresses, among other things. Like any other girl, I have a long list of things that I would want to shop for, but if I were to start sharing it with you, we'd run out of time.
