Ishaan echoes her thoughts, and says, "Maybe, I didn't think about all of this, but it's truly overwhelming and I hope people like what they see in the film." When asked about their memories of shooting the film, Janhvi says, "Bhawanipur, Jaipur, Udaipur and Kolkata and Mumbai… each day that I have shot at these places has been memorable. It'll be very difficult to hand-pick one day in each schedule." Ishaan adds, "I think the 16 days that we shot at Udaipur were the most memorable days for me. I just loved them."
Given that the film is just a few days away from release, how are the newcomers feeling in the last leg of their promotions? "I feel more responsible towards the audience. I want to earn their love. I wouldn't say I'm nervous as that has a negative connotation, but I value everything that I have received so far," says Janhvi, while Ishaan sums up, saying, "Love is always welcome because it pushes you to do better."
Dhadak, produced by Karan Johar, Zee Studios, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta, releases on July 20.
