Amitabh Bachchan is giving the UK-India Culture Year event at Buckingham Palace a skip, but singer Gurdas Maan, who has also been extended an invitation, has given his nod to the event. Mann has several admirers in the UK.

His spokesperson says, "Gurdas Maan will be attending the reception on Monday at the Buckingham Palace. Sir Ben Kingsley is also expected to attend. He is excited to meet him and Queen Elizabeth."
