Collaborations are fun

Santoor player Rahul Sharma loves collaborating with musicians. And although he's collaborated with saxophone player Buddy Wells and kanjira player Selva Ganesh on separate occasions, he's excited about being with them on stage together for the first time in the city at a gig this weekend.

Rahul told CS, “I did a tour in South Africa last year with Buddy. I played with Selva before a couple of times but this is the first time we all are getting on stage together to create spontaneous music.

I may also be playing one track from my Kenny G album along with Buddy and Selva. Rest we’ll figure out before the concert.” Here’s to musical times!u00a0
