Sunjay Kapur`s property dispute following his sudden death seems to get messier by the day. According to the latest updates, a senior advocate, appearing for his kids  Kiaan and Samaira from Karisma Kapoor, told the Delhi High Court on Wednesday that the will of their late father was not registered and also raised concerns over its sudden disclosure. The executor of the will has reportedly informed them that they are not beneficiaries of his assets.

Senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani chalked out the circumstances of the will as suspicious, noting that it was read hastily at the Taj Hotel and that the executor, Shradha Suri, herself only learned of the will a day prior. Jethmalani also questioned the involvement of Dinesh Aggarwal, an employee who reportedly disclosed the will to the family. The advocate called the act “beyond reasoning."
