British boxing champ Amir Khan is in trouble with the UK authorities for yet another driving-related offence. The former lightweight world champion is being probed by the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) after he live-streamed a video, chatting with fans online while driving his SUV around his home town, Bolton. Khan, 35, posted the eight-minute video on Christmas Day and later deleted it.

It is an offence to use your phone while driving in the UK. "On Sunday, 2 January 2021, GMP was made aware of a video on social media which appears to have been filmed whilst driving a vehicle. Police are currently investigating it," GMP police told The Sun. In 2007, Khan was banned for six months for careless driving. A year later, he was fined and handed a 42-day ban for speeding at 140mph.
