Palatial, trained by S Waheed, will most likely command favouritism in the Velvet Rope Trophy, the only class I event on Sunday's eight-race card. Palatial will be ridden by Trevor Patel who had also partnered him during his last victory.

However, there is a fair chance that if Vulcan has maintained the same fitness that he capitalized on when tricking Big Sur over over this trip last time, then the Adhirajsingh Jodha ward to be ridden by PS Chouhan will certainly cause anxious moments to the followers of the favouite, and with little luck, may even topple his apple-cart.
