Nascar driver Danica Patrick has confirmed that she is dating National Football League (NFL) star Aaron Rodgers. "Yes, Aaron and I are dating," she was quoted by ESPN. Patrick reportedly met Rodgers for the first time in 2012 when they both attended the ESPYs award function. Rodgers won the Best NFL Player award that year.

Patrick says she told Rodgers that she supported him but not his team as she was a fan of their rival outfit, the Chicago Bears. "I told him a long time ago, 'I'd always root for you as a player.' But now, I am probably going to cheer for the whole team. Take out the word 'probably.' Now I will cheer for the whole team," said the champion race car driver.

Rodgers previously dated actor Olivia Munn before they split in April last year after being together for three years. Meanwhile, Rodgers, 34, and Patrick, 35, were first linked in late December after speed demon split from her longtime boyfriend Ricky Stenhouse Jr, after a five-year relationship.
