Team India skipper Virat Kohli and actress-producer Anushka Sharma were blessed with a baby girl on Monday afternoon. Kohli announced the news of his Twitter account and said that they are feeling "beyond blessed" to have become parents.

Soon, congratulations started pouring in from fans and celebs for the power couple.

It is indeed quite an auspicious day in the cricket world as Kohli's little one shares her birthday with none other than India's legendary batsman - Rahul Dravid. It would be interesting to see how Dravid reacts to this happy coincidence.

On the work front, Virat Kohli led Team India in the first of the four-match Test series on December 17, 2020 at Adelaide, where the visitor lost by 8 wickets. After Kohli took a paternity leave to be with wife Anushka Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane took over the captaincy for the rest of the Test series.
