India'S World Cup heroes will not be allowed to play in Australia's new Big Bash League (Dec 2011 to Jan 2012) because it clashes with India's domestic cricket season.


India'S World Cup heroes will not be allowed to play in Australia's new Big Bash League (Dec 2011 to Jan 2012) because it clashes with India's domestic cricket season.



Boardu00a0 of Control for Cricket in India's Chief Administrative Officer Professor Ratnakar Shetty told Australia's The Age newspaper: "It's a policy decision of the board, the new coach (Duncan Fletcher) has nothing to do with that, and when there is a domestic tournament on I don't think we will release any players."
