Siddhesh Lad
Siddhesh Lad (46) once again rescued Mumbai along with his skipper Aditya Tare (45) to post 170 for five after being reduced to 35-3 in 5.4 overs in a Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 match yesterday.
Mumbai lost openers Akhil Herwadkar (3), Jay Bista (9) and No.3 Shreyas Iyer (6) cheaply before Lad and Tare lifted Mumbai. A late surge from Suryakumar Yadav (33 not out) and Shivam Dube's 20 not out helped Mumbai put up a fighting total. Virat Singh's 81 went in vain for Jharkhand as they managed 157 for seven to lose by 13 runs.
