A group of men in Pakistan allegedly chopped off a man's genitals after suspecting him of having an affair with his niece, a media report said.
An official of the Sindh House - the provincial Sindh government's guest house in Islamabad - along with three other people allegedly kidnapped, drugged and molested the 20-year-old man and cut his genitals for having affair with his niece, the Daily Times reported Friday.
Sindh House is located near the Pakistan Secretariat in Islamabad.
The victim walked into Sindh House's police checkpost without dress but with his chopped organ in a shopping bag hanging from his neck, said sources.

He was shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in critical condition and was operated upon by a team of doctors.
A surgical ward official, who was part of the team, said that during operation doctors found many signs of torture on the victims's body and a knife's cut on his back.
In Pakistan, the punishment for removing someone's genitals is 10-15 years' imprisonment under the law.
However, a Sindh House official claimed that the man cut his genital himself. The Sindh House administration probed the incident and found the man was a drug addict and mentally disturbed, he said.
