The maid who accused the former chief ofu00a0 IMF, Dominique Strauss-Kahn,u00a0 of a sex attack in his suite in the Sofitel hotel in New York wasn't just a hotel hooker she continued to work as a prostitute in a Brooklyn hotel where she was stashed by prosecutors, sources revealed.

The claims about the 32-year-old chambermaid offering "extra services" to male guests at the Sofitel, and later at the Brooklyn hotel, came as he was released from house arrest on Friday.
While he celebrated with a ufffd500 meal with his wife and friends, the credibility of the prosecution's star witness crumbled. Media reports said that the Guinea-born maid "wasn't just a girl working at the hotel,u00a0she was a working girl".

A source said, "There is information of her getting extraordinary tips, if you know what I mean. And it's not for bringing extra f'''''g towels."
Police said she has lied since the alleged attack on May 14. The so-called victim, whose web of lies has crippled the Manhattan DA's case against DSK, played host to a parade of paying male visitors after DSK'su00a0 arrest, a prosecution source said.
"While she was under our supervision, there were multiple 'dates' and encounters at the hotel on the DA's dime," the source said. "That's a great deal for her. She doesn't have to cover her expenses."
The woman allegedly has a regular fleet of callers who range from wealthy clients to hawkers and drivers. "I can't say with 100 percent certainty that it's not true," a senior prosecutor said.
