Melbourne: A 44-year-old man, who has been dubbed the most fertile man in Europe after fathering 98 children in just 12 years, is offering a free sex service.

Ed Houben started off by donating his sperm through a fertility clinic, but then he decided that he wanted to do things more traditionally and offered to have sex with women who want to have a baby for free.
