Animals are smarter than we think and here's more proof. A video shared by Indian Forest Service's Susanta Nanda showed an elephant crossing an electric fence like a boss.
Taking to Twitter, Nanda wrote, "Elephants will go where they want. Solar electric fencing maintained at 5kv was designed to deter them. It's intelligence makes them cleaver to breach that barrier. Interesting." Take a look at the video here:

In the video, the elephant avoids the electric wires by pushing the wooden pole and walking over it. It's strange how an elephant, which has had no scientific education, can be clever enough to pull off something like this.
