Traffic snarl on E-way as container turns turtle at Khandala ghat

While seven people sustained injuries in the accident, no casualty was reported. According to police, the container (MH 04 FU 377) was going towards Mumbai, and the driver lost control over the vehicle while taking a sharp turn. As the container turned turtle, a Tata Sumo car -- coming towards Pune -- rammed into it.

Six people who were in the car, along with the container's driver sustained minor injury. As the vehicle blocked one side of the road, traffic flow was badly affected. The Khandala Highway Police later cleared E-way by moving the container aside with the help of a crane.
