This time a fan stolen from victim's garden
THE third time thieves struck, a retired judge of Delhi High Court finally lodged an FIR. This time a garden fan was stolen from his house in the wee hours on Monday.u00a0 Twice before, the covers of manholes within the house premises were stolen.
Justice J D Kapoor lives at Park Street lane in New Delhi district area. Police said though thefts took place thrice in his house, this was the first time he approached the police.
When this reporter visited Kapoor's house, the judge told him that cases of theft were not an unusual happening in the area. He added that some vagabonds who roam around in the locality might have stolen the garden fan. Police said they are looking into the matter.
