Four persons were killed and another was injured when a car lost its control and ran over them in Indiranagar area in the city on Saturday morning, police said here.
The victims included three morning joggers and a cyclist, they said, adding the driver of the car fled the scene leaving the vehicle behind. A driving license issued in the name of Karthik Somaiah was found in the car, they said.
The dead have been identified as Siddaiah (65), Panathur (66), Kempegowda (65) and Radhakrishna (45), the cyclist, they said, adding the injured has been identified as KK Reddy.
It is yet to be ascertain whether Karthik Somaiah, to whom the car belongs, was at the wheels, police said.
