Very few are as lucky as Anthony and Catleen Pereira when it comes to home-buying. The couple found their dream home without any hassles at Brij Bhoomi complex, Temba Hospital Road, Bhayendar (West). The house hunt...
was a breeze. This building was coming up near my previous residence and we really liked the construction. We met up with the builder directly and sealed the deal within a week. The builder was a reputed one and offered us the best possible deal. Everything was finalised within a week. We booked the place in 2004 and moved into our new home in April 2006

was relatively easy. We arranged the finances with our savings and a home loan from the Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank. I have an account with that bank so getting the loan wasn't a major problemu00a0

is like a dream come true. It is a spacious 3BHK of 1,435 sq ft. Located on the sixth floor, it offers a great view of the surroundings. There is enough cross ventilation and sunlight coming into the flat. The complex is also clean and green

Bhayendar (West) has grown a lot in the past five years or so. Improved water supply, wide roads, flyovers and better sanitation facilities have benefited the residents. Today we have a mall, a multiplex, quite a few branded stores and restaurants in this area
Lessons learnt
Always check the reputation of the builder before buying a house. You should also go through documents like NOC, OC, approval from municipality, etc. Before moving in, buyers should check whether amenities provided are as promised by the developeru00a0
