Police has specific inputs about ultras trying to sneak in the city
The Delhi police was expecting terrorists to sneak in the national capital ahead of the Independence Day celebrations on August 15. Intelligence inputs have also suggested terrorist activity.

The arrest of two Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists Javed Ahmed and Ashique Ali from Darya Ganj in central Delhi on Thursday night is part of the heightened alert in the wake of coming festivals and Independence Day on part of the Delhi police.
The Special Cell sleuths seized two AK-47 rifles, four magazines and two hand grenades from the white Santro car in which the ultras were traveling. The car was bearing a Haryana registration number plate. Both the terrorists are in their 30's and were intercepted near the parking of Mahavir Vatika, a community center.
Alok Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) said, "We had specific inputs about some terrorists trying to sneak in the city. We will interrogate them to find out if they have some accomplices in the city."
