Passengers miss out on Singapore trip due to airline delayBefore they missed their Kingfisher flight to Singapore, all 11 passengers on board Kingfisher airlines were great fans of the racing team Force India. "It was my dream to watch a Formula One race; I'd even bought the ticket, but their poor service ruined things," said Syed Abidi, 34, from Delhi.

"We suffered a huge loss due to the airline because we paid a lot for the race tickets," added Abidi. "We were late because of the airline but they are not serious about customer service."
The airline is in no mood to entertain their complaints. "It was the ATC that delayed the Delhi flight by two hours and the main runway was not in use on Friday. As the ATC is not under our jurisdiction, we cannot do anything," said Prakash Mirpuri, spokesperson, Kingfisher.
Mirpuri further said that the passengers had already been informed about the delay in Delhi, and could have taken another flight to meet the deadline of their Singapore connection in Mumbai.
