The Larsen and Toubro offices at Powai were on Tuesday evacuated at 3.30 pm after police officials received a tip off of a bomb in the premises.
Police officials from Powai police station along with members from the Bomb Detection and Disposal squad swung into action immediately.
Meanwhile, 200-odd employees were evacuated from premises.
Investigating officer PI Gangavane said confirmed the incident but added that no bomb was found on the premises. "We are currently investigating the source of the tip off," he said.
