The 21-year-old country singing sensation wore an embroidered gown with floral applique from Elie Saab haute couture, Ralph Lauren heels, and Neil Lane diamond and platinum chandelier earrings and a diamond cocktail ring.
Taylor is nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Top Female Vocalist, and Album of the Year for Speak Now.
