Katie Holmes may be subpoenaed in Tom Cruise's libel lawsuit

Sources revealed that learned that lawyers representing German magazine empire Bauer Media, the publisher of ‘In Touch' and ‘Life & Style', are yet to decide but it is "certainly possible", Radar Online reported.

Cruise had sued the Bauer publications, alleging that they defamed him.
