Hilary Duff and her fitness guru, Jason Walsh have been seen enjoying each other's company for some time now and are 'casually dating,' a source said.

The duo was recently spotted on a dinner date, enjoying pizza while watching NBA star Kobe Bryant's final game.
"It was just the two of them, but it was a busy night, so the restaurant was packed and they were watching the game like everyone else," the source added.
