Washington: Beyonce Knowles came up with a unique way to thank her fans and friends for their birthday wishes.

The 'Single Ladies' star, who turned 33 on September 4th, received some pretty sweet wishes as Blake Lively baked a cake, hubby Jay Z had someone cut a Youtube video while at least more than five people tweeted "Happy Bey Day," the Huffington Post reported.
In return to express her gratitude, Knowles shared a snap, where she's seen doing interpretive yoga, and captioned the picture "Thank y'all so much for my birthday wishes."
