Ben Affleck drops out of Kristen Stewart's new flick 'Focus'

According to Variety magazine, Affleck will not appear in the film because "while the actor very much wanted to do the film, the timing just couldn't be worked out," the Huffington Post reported.u00a0

The ‘Daredevil' star was originally on board to play Stewart's love interest, filming "passionate" kissing scenes, and appearing post-coital in bed with the 22-year-old-actress.

According to Deadline, Stewart was cast as "an inexperienced con artist" who learns the trade, and becomes romantically involved with the veteran Affleck.

‘Focus,' which doesn't have a release date yet, is directed and written by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa.
