The building is expected to be the tallest residential building in the country. A flat here costs between Rs 7.5 crore and Rs 50 crore. Neil will get possession of his flat only after five years, but that has not stopped the actor from taking this step.
Neil's next film, Lafange Parindey, directed by Pradeep Sarkar and co-starring Deepika Padukone, will release on August 20.
