A local court today rejected a complaint praying for censoring a scene in "Kurbaan" featuring Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in a semi-nude pose.
The complaint, filed by advocate Srikant Padhi, also prayed for action under the provisions of IPC against the lead actors, producer Karan Johar and director Rensil D'silva, saying they have indulged in obscenity.
While rejecting the complaint, the Magistrate gave liberty to the advocate to move the Bombay High Court by filing an appeal.

Meanwhile, a petition was today filed with Bombay High Court by a person, Mohammed Ali, saying two songs in the film hurt sentiments of the Muslim community.
The petitioner said religious phrases -- Shukran Allah and Alhumdulillah -- have been used in songs in an "inappropriate manner".
One song in which these phrases have been used, has a romantic sequence while another presents a terrorist character, which projects Islam in a wrong way, he said.
The petition is scheduled to come up for hearing tomorrow.
