The makers of the film, Bazaar-e-Husn - that is slated to hit the big screen on July 18 - have apparently not been able to promote their film on TV due to a delay in the promo getting a censor certificate. But the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) says that the film's promos were submitted for certification only on June 26.

When contacted, producer AK Mishra said that he had sent across the required papers around three months ago. "I don't know about the Censor Board's claims; I submitted my papers through a broker about three months ago," he said.

But a source from the board maintains, "We received the promotional film for certification only on June 26 and the film's certificate from the Animal Welfare Board came in around July 10. It's only now that we can look at issuing it a certificate."
